**Job Title: US Telecom Inbound/Outbound Process**

**Shifts**: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Between 5:30 PM - 7:30 AM)
**Salary**:
- **6M - 11M Experience**: ₹3.97 LPA (₹25,589 per month)
- **1 Year - 17M Experience**: ₹4.46 LPA (₹28,905 per month)
- **18M+ Experience**: ₹4.92 LPA (₹32,010 per month)
**Benefits**:

We are hiring for two exciting customer support opportunities in **Verizon Wireless Voice** (B2C) and **Verizon Connect Voice** (B2B) processes. **Verizon Wireless Voice (B2C - Inbound Process)**
- **Call Flow**: 130-140 calls per day
- **Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in an international voice process (Customer Support).
- **Salary**: ₹3.97 LPA (₹25,589 per month) to ₹4.92 LPA (₹32,010 per month) depending on experience.
**Verizon Connect Voice (B2B - Outbound Process)**
- **Call Flow**: 10-15 calls per day
- **Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in an international voice process (Customer Support).
- **Salary**: ₹4.46 LPA (₹28,905 per month) to ₹4.50 LPA (₹30,000 per month) depending on experience.
**Job Details for Both Roles**:
- **Location**: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune.
- **Shifts**: 24/7 Rotational Shifts between 5:30 PM - 7:30 AM.
- **Working Days**: 5 days working, 2 days rotational off.
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office (WFO).
- **Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Qualification**: Any Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate (G).
- **Age Limit**: Maximum 40 years.
- **Documents**: Your phone number must be linked with your Aadhaar card.

- **18M - 23M Experience**: ₹4.30 LPA (₹29,000 per month)
- **24M+ Experience**: ₹4.50 LPA (₹30,000 per month)
