**Strategic Leadership**

Develop and implement robust sales strategies for different markets and customer segments.
- Oversee the annual sales budgeting process and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Forecast sales based on historical data and market trends to guide inventory and staffing decisions.

**Team Management**

Lead recruitment and training for sales leaders across showrooms.
- Set performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans.
- Build a positive work culture that promotes motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving.

**Customer Relationship Management**

Implement customer engagement programs to improve loyalty and experience.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints while upholding brand reputation.
- Establish feedback mechanisms and refine sales approaches based on customer insights.

**Market Development**

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

**Operational Oversight**

Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels based on forecasts.
Monitor showroom performance metrics (sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction, etc.) and take corrective actions as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
