Job description
 Stake holder management (State Government, Municipal Corporations, Zilla Parishad and CSR
Team, Corporates)
 Excellent Monitoring & Evaluations skills.
 Good hold and acumen in data analysis and data presentation
 Good documentations skills, especially report writing and other field level record management
 Managing team at all levels, the people with different capacities at work and officials for various
interventions and communications
 Able to handle multiple districts and/or state level programs
 Understanding behavioral change communication through
information/Education/Communication, onsite capacity building of the team and strong network
with urban local bodies and district health authorities.
 She/he will pay regular visits to the project area for interviewing beneficiaries and collecting
primary information for case studies.
 She/He will Keep trail of all relevant documents of the Jivika Healthcare Programme.
 The PO will keep close liaison with field teams and provide technical backstopping in proper
record keeping ,documentation and preparation of activity reports.
 PO will develop regular updates on the programme activities
 She/ He will be responsible for timely preparation of periodic progress reports on given format
to be presented to the Program Manager, CEO and CSR partners
 Any other tasks assigned by the Program Manager
 Ready to extensive travel across the districts

 Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
 Should be able to work effectively with employees, team, partners and officials
 Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple task
 Demonstrate good judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
 Leadership qualities leading the diverse teams

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
