Onboarding, training & Managing Driver Fleet at the Hub
- Coordinate with Vehicle health department on Vehicle Service
- Ride Tracking - Track rides to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Vehicle Inspection - Conduct thorough checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Responsible for accurate driver daily attendance & over time
- Connecting with on-field drivers and monitoring their activities from time to time
- Managing hub payments, maintaining trackers, reporting & escalation management, etc.
- Inventory Management - Maintain and manage essential supplies, including chargers, phone holders, vehicle charging equipment, locks, and keys.
- Breakdown Support - Provide immediate assistance during vehicle breakdowns to minimize disruptions.
- **Control operational costs and oversee Hub upkeep and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure the Hub is well-maintained and operationally efficient.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
