Job Title: Shift Incharge-Junior engineer or Engineer

**Job Description**:
As a Shift Incharge at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for managing the shift operations and ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. Your primary duties will include:
1. Leading and coordinating the shift team: You will be responsible for leading and guiding the shift team, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

2. Monitor production processes: You will be responsible for monitoring the production processes during your shift, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

3. Quality control: You will be responsible for conducting regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards. You will also be responsible for implementing any necessary corrective measures to maintain quality standards.

4. Health and safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed during your shift. This includes providing proper training and equipment to all team members and conducting regular safety audits.

5. Reporting and documentation: You will be responsible for documenting and reporting any production issues, as well as maintaining accurate shift logs and records.

Qualifications:

- A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
