Job Title: Shift Incharge

Job Description
The Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a designated shift within a facility. This role involves coordinating the activities of team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and meeting production goals. The Shift Incharge will monitor workflow, address any operational issues, and report on performance metrics. Additionally, this position requires effective communication with upper management and other shifts to ensure seamless continuity of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all activities during the assigned shift.
  • Ensure that team members follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to team members.
  • Prepare shift reports detailing production, team performance, and any incidents or challenges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
