- Excellent in analytical thinking for understanding the business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
To ensure implementation of all process (Operational and Non-operational) and strategies in line with customer / organization business requirement.
Evaluate KPIs (As per of process performance & strategy progress.
Action plans areas for improvement and monitoring customer complaint resolution to focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Evaluate service levels, Review processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, establish, and execute action plans.

Verify deployed manpower as per plan, ensure timely placement of vehicles and tracking with team review on vehicle TAT for unloading / loading process.
Control & planning of receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, enforcing operational procedures, company values & norms for entire WH take ownership, accountability of inventory & conduct quality process safety & system audits
Self-motivated able to do multitasking on a daily basis, increase productivity of manpower & machine with proper system.
Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations, Generation of operation reports provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
Generation of operation reports ensure resource assignment work allocation and performance assessment are completed in timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers
Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues
Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly
Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Should have knowledge in Inventory control.
- Ensure NIL variances in Inventories physical v/s ERP and prevention pilferages. Damage of stocks.
- SAP Exposure over all to maintain physical stock v/s SAP stock with movements of 311 & physical controlling.
- Inventory management & control, Investing should be must as per customer norms.
- MRN, GRN creation and posting, stock audit, cycle count experience.
- Ensure 1S & 2S, Inventory as per system stock.
- Get daily shift wise material movement plan from customer & manage the distribution.
- Attend customer concerns immediately, shortage material prior information.
- Knowledge about wall-to-wall activities.
- Supporting in inventory exercise & daily works management often when required.
- Ensure NIL variances in inventories physical v/s ERP and ensure prevention of pilferages, damage of stocks.

- Ability to deal with large volumes of data and comfort with planning & MS office tools.
Ability to work alone without supervision and operate in cross functional groups.
