You Are Responsible For

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of team members during the shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Monitoring operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, providing training and support as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shift operations, including employee attendance and productivity metrics.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team dynamics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards related to operations.
