Job Summary:
Pentoz Technology is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in project management by facilitating effective communication and collaboration between clients, the technical team, and management. The intern will play a key role in maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the liaison between clients, technical teams, and management, ensuring seamless communication and project flow.
- Prepare and update daily reports to monitor project progress and highlight potential areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to boost productivity and ensure efficient task completion.
- Oversee task assignments to team members and communicate project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure project alignment with client objectives.
- Compile and present regular updates to management regarding project status and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
