**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Support & Coordination:
○ Assist Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of project activities.

○ Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using our established project management tools.

○ Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting detailed minutes and action items.
- Agile Methodology & Project Handling:
○ Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

○ Help maintain and update task boards (e.g., Sprint Backlog) to reflect the current state of the project.

○ Learn and contribute to the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Documentation & Technical Knowledge:
○ Assist in the creation, editing, and management of key project documentation, including Requirement Documents (Business Requirements, User Stories), project plans, and status reports.

○ Develop a basic understanding of the technical aspects of our projects to facilitate better communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Team Collaboration & Follow-up:
○ Act as a liaison between project team members to ensure clear communication and follow-up on assigned tasks.

○ Proactively follow up with team members on action items and deadlines to ensure timely progress.

○ Support the team in identifying and escalating potential blockers or risks.
- AI Initiative Support:
○ Leverage your knowledge of AI to support research, documentation, and preliminary analysis for ongoing or upcoming AI-related projects.

○ Assist in gathering requirements and use cases for AI-driven solutions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in a career in project management or technology.
- Foundational understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree
- Experience, even in an academic setting, with creating requirement documents or technical writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
