**Your Roles & Responsibilities**:

- _ Lead Engagement_**_:_** Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various channels, such as the company's website, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- _ Product Understanding_**:Develop a comprehensive understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, features, benefits, and how they can address the specific needs of potential customers.
- _ Consultative Selling:_ Engage in consultative discussions with leads to understand their pain points, requirements, and business goals. Tailor your approach to showcase how JungleWorks' solutions can provide value and solve their challenges.
- _ Product Demonstrations:_ Conduct engaging product demonstrations or online presentations to showcase how JungleWorks' SaaS products work and how they can be customized to meet the unique needs of each lead.
- _ Objection Handling:_ Address any concerns or objections leads may have and provide clear explanations and solutions to help them make informed decisions.
- _ Collaboration:_ Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead engagement to onboarding and implementation.
- _ Pipeline Management:_ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in JungleWorks' CRM system.
- _ Closing Deals_**: Present pricing options, negotiate terms, and guide leads through the sales process to successfully close deals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- _ Communication Skills_: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information, value proposition, and build rapport with potential customers.
- _ Product Knowledge:_** **In-depth understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, including their features, benefits, and use cases.
- _ Problem-Solving:_ Ability to analyze leads' business challenges and propose tailored solutions using JungleWorks' technology.
- _ Active Listening:_** **Skill in actively listening to leads' needs, concerns, and feedback to provide relevant and appropriate responses.
- _ Tech-Savviness:_** **Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms for product demonstrations and discussions.
- _ Negotiation Skills:_** **Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome.
- _ Empathy: _Approach leads with empathy and a customer-centric mindset, understanding their pain points and focusing on delivering value
- _ Time Management: _Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.

**Qualification**:
