Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required
- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.
- To provide support for Board of Director meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agenda and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.
- Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the Board of Director informed about the work of the organisation and their appropriate training and induction
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
**Requirement**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Languages**:
- English and Tamil. Hindi will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
