**Overview**:
We are looking for an efficient, professional, and customer-focused **Front Office Executive** with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our growing real estate company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure smooth office operations and a positive client experience:

- **Reception & Visitor Management**:
Greet visitors, clients, and potential tenants in a courteous and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate departments or meeting rooms.
- **Phone Handling & Call Management**:
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the relevant departments or personnel. Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on important inquiries.
- **Client and Vendor Communication**:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about available properties, office services, and processes to clients and prospective customers. Assist with handling client queries, property details, and offer general administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
- **Administrative Support**:

- **Document & Data Management**:
Assist in maintaining databases of clients, property listings, and other relevant information. Ensure that records are kept up-to-date and confidential. Help with documentation preparation for property sales, leases, and client agreements.
- **Office Supplies & Inventory Management**:
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring that the office is stocked with the necessary materials. Coordinate with vendors for supplies and handle office procurement tasks.
- **Client Service**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service throughout their interactions with the office. Help resolve any client issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
2 to 4 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles, ideally within the real estate industry.
- **Education**:
A graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle a busy office environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers, etc.).
- **Knowledge of Real Estate Industry**:
A basic understanding of real estate terminology, processes, and the local property market is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Personal Qualities**:
Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

**Additional Information**:

- **Age**: Preferably between 23-35 years old.
- **Gender**: Female (Preferred for gender diversity in the team).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and local languages will be an advantage.
- **Work Hours**: Full-time 9am-6pm
