**Brief about the Team**

Customer Service is part of the customer experience team of Tata 1mg working on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Trainer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new Batches and Delivering agents on Floor

**What will you do**

1. Training Delivery Skills is Must

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Good with PPT Creation

4. Should be Good in Training Content Creation.

**What we are looking for**

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience (Trainer)

3. Proficiency in using PPT

4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.

5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
