**About the Company**:
We are hiring for a leading real estate firm based in Noida Sector 2, dedicated to providing high-quality real estate solutions to our clients. We are committed to excellence and innovation in the real estate industry, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of our sales team.
- Conduct training sessions on various topics including sales techniques, product features, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Create training materials, presentations, and manuals to support the training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
- Provide coaching and support to sales team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate sales and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Monitor the performance of sales team members and provide ongoing support and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales training and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Certification in sales training or relevant field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
