Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer & Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in developing, mentoring, and enhancing the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, conducting regular quality audits, and ensuring sales standards are consistently met to maximize productivity and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Training & Development
· Design and deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing sales staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Develop sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies tailored to our business model.
· Organize refresher training sessions to keep the sales team updated with industry best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
· Provide personalized coaching to underperforming team members to bridge skill gaps.
2) Quality Assurance & Monitoring
· Conduct regular and random quality audits of sales calls, client interactions, and reporting.
· Identify gaps, errors, and compliance issues in sales execution and ensure corrective measures are taken promptly.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales activities.
· Provide constructive feedback and corrective action plans to ensure consistent improvement.
3) Performance Management
· Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, training needs, and improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with sales leadership to define KPIs and ensure they are met through training and monitoring.
· Prepare periodic reports on training outcomes, sales quality, and overall performance improvements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Sales Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer psychology, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies effectively.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
