**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, customize, and deliver engaging AWS training programs based on the needs of the audience (beginners, professionals, etc.)
- Create effective training materials, including presentations, labs, and quizzes
- Deliver training sessions in various formats, including instructor-led classroom, online, and blended learning environments
- Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide hands-on guidance to learners
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and provide feedback
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS technologies and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of AWS cloud computing concepts, services, and solutions
- Proven experience in instructional design and delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and levels
- Experience with adult learners is a plus
- AWS certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Developer - Associate is a plus
