Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Baner, Pune

CTC: 2.5-3 LPA

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm-9pm

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven sales and business development experience (0-2 years)
- Strong networking and lead generation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
