- High school diploma required.

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with real estate software

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours and provide information on features, financing options, and market conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Attend networking events and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
