Conduct searches across various Government portals such as GeM to identify relevant tenders based on the company's eligibility. Analyze these tenders to determine the course of action.
- Prepare all required documentation, certificates, and notarization in accordance with the specified list of documents. Submit well-crafted bids and proposals in response to tender opportunities.
- Keep track of available tenders for bidding on a daily basis. Maintain an organized tender filing database, ensuring its accuracy and up-to-date status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production and finance, to ensure the timely and precise submission of tenders.
- Prepare letters for ongoing agreements and handle related correspondence effectively.
- Regularly monitor portals for updates on submitted bids, maintaining vigilance over any changes.
- Following the tender allocation, contact the appropriate consignee to arrange the dispatch and deployment of devices.
- To facilitate necessary assessments and inspections.
- Update and list the products on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Ability to understand the technical nuances of our products. We are a technology company and make IT products. You will need to understand these products and their technical specifications and nuances, in order to sell them effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 Years of experience in Tender Filing, Sales Coordination or other sales role
- Strong knowledge of tender filing and procurement processes on "Government e-Marketplace" GeM and other relevant platforms
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English.
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and tender filing portals
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
