Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the complete operations of the RTO Computerization Project under the Transport Department, Government of Karnataka.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure, ensuring seamless migration of data, maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), and leading the execution of e-Governance services across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of RTO offices under the e-Governance model.

- Customer Management: Handle escalations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction at various government and departmental levels.

- Data Entry & Migration: Supervise data digitization, migration processes, and ensure accuracy and security of migrated data.

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the supply, maintenance, and upgradation of both IT and non-IT assets across all project sites.

- SLA Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs as defined in government contracts and project guidelines.

- Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party vendors for timely delivery, AMC, installations, and issue resolution.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations are aligned with government protocols and provide timely project reports, updates, and documentation.

- Government Liaison: Coordinate with various government departments to meet project expectations and implement upgrades as per new proceedings.
