About the role

Responsible for the timely and efficient execution of projects involving cross-functional coordination across teams such as QA, Manufacturing Technical, Regulatory Affairs, Analytical, Packaging Engineering, and Supply Chain. These projects typically span multiple markets and include i.e. Greenfield/Brownfield initiatives, Manufacturing Process Transfers, Analytical Method Transfers, and Cost Reduction Programs. Experience in Greenfield projects, particularly with a background in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management from initiation to closure, including business case development, budgeting, and detailed planning. Oversee site execution with a focus on civil, structures, operation etc.—while coordinating cross-functional interfaces with various streams.
• Drive project execution through timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and contingency planning, ensuring compliance with GxP, GMP, OSHA, and EHS standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation across planning and technical activities, including schedules, protocols etc.. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all stakeholders—internal teams, vendors etc.
• High-Performance Team Management: The role of the project manager is critical to ensure a high-performing cross-functional collaboration within the project team.  
• The Project Manager is also responsible to champion the user of the appropriate and standardized Project Management Methodologies

Qualification and Essential Skills

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Technical University Degree (Engineering / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing / Chemical) with business, product supply studies. Science (Chemistry), Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical, Analytical), Supply Chain, Procurement
• 7 years in Product Supply, Manufacturing, Procurement, or other operations-related role (ideally in an external supply environment) including a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management.
• The Project Manager must successfully operate in an environment with a large level of autonomy and therefore the requisite experience to lead and deliver without detailed, hands-on intervention of his/her manager.
• Communication and escalation can be sensitive, requiring a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Hands on Experience in setting up green field Projects would be good to have
