We are seeking an outgoing BPO Caller Executive to develop long-term relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities include finding new business opportunities, giving clients expert advice, guiding their choices, quickly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

For success as a relationship manager, you should be able to develop positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that best meet their needs.

BPO Executive Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identifying and recommending solutions to clients' problems, providing clients with comprehensive product and service advice and guiding their decision making process.
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients, and promptly and efficiently handling complaints and concerns.
- Attaining sales and recurring revenue targets; ensuring client satisfaction.

Eligibility Requirements:

- A degree in management, marketing, communications, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive client and business relationships.
- Customer-orientated, leadership and team management skills.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,011.31 per month
