**About Us**:
Avee Kids is a premium kids’ skincare and haircare brand trusted by parents across India. Our mission is to deliver safe, natural, and dermatologically tested products for children aged 5 to 12. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated **female executive** who can manage both customer support and operational responsibilities with care and efficiency.
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **female Customer Care & Operations Executive** who can provide warm and prompt customer service, check the quality of product shipments before dispatch, and oversee daily stock movement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support & Chat Handling**
- Provide product-related information and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain a parent-friendly tone and build customer trust.
**Order Quality Check**
- Inspect every order before dispatch to ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely order processing.
**Stock Supervision**
- Physically verify and record incoming and outgoing stock.
- Track daily inventory and alert management on low-stock items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and [regional language].
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Shopify (training can be provided).
