**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat platforms.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues.
- Collect feedback and suggest service improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Patience and empathy when assisting customers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Certifications in customer service or relevant training are advantageous.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based, call center, or remote setup depending on company policies.
- May require shift work, including weekends and holidays.
