0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles

Experience in handling high call volumes is preferred.

Drivers4Me is a reliable and innovative platform providing driver-on-demand services for both B2B and B2C sectors. We specialize in offering trained, verified, and professional drivers for various needs including city trips, outstation journeys, and mini-outstation trips.

**Job Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Customer Care Executives** to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, assisting customers with bookings, and ensuring seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handling Calls**: Manage incoming and outgoing calls to potential and existing customers.
- **Service Explanation**: Explain Drivers4Me’s services, booking process, benefits, and insurance coverage (D4M Care).
- **Booking Assistance**: Guide customers through the booking process and assist them with any difficulties.
- **Resolving Queries**: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, bookings, and feedback.
- **Follow-Ups**: Make follow-up calls to interested customers to encourage bookings.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet daily and monthly call targets and contribute to the team’s performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum High School Diploma.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)**.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call logging systems.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
