**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide information about our saree collection, sales, and promotions.
- Assist with order-related queries, including tracking, payment issues, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements.
**Order Management**:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in the details.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist customers with order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with company policies.
**Retail Store Assistance**:
- Support customers visiting the retail store by providing personalized service and product information.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, with products clearly displayed and available stock updated.
**Feedback and Improvement**:
- Gather customer feedback and relay relevant information to the management team for service improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest saree collections, fabric types, and trends.
- Understand the company’s product offerings to provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain customer records and data accurately in the CRM system.
- Process and update customer requests and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred, especially in fashion or retail industries.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-first attitude.
**Desired Qualities**:
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions.
- A passion for fashion and sarees is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
