**Name Of the Profile**:Business Development Executive - FMCG Products

**Educational Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales or a related field, Good educational background, from a reputed and good university. Master's degree is a plus.

**Experience Required**:3-5 Years ** of experience in retail sales and customer servicing in an A+ brand in FMCG/ personal care/ food/ vitamins and supplements/ health category (Eg. juice, candies, nutrition bar brands)

**Job Type**: Full time - 10 am - 7 pm, Mon - Sat (On-field and office)

**Salary**:₹3 LPA - 4 LPA (Fixed and variable components shall be discussed during interview), Petrol expenses reimbursement, Salary Shall be negotiable based on work experience, interview performance

**Job Location**: Giriraj Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093
This position will be based in Mumbai and will cover the territories of Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Analyse customer needs and preferences to tailor business development strategies.

**2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and approach potential clients to promote our brand’s products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients to achieve sales targets.

**3. Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies.
- Implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

**4. Territory Management**:

- Effectively cover the assigned territories of Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences.

**5. Promotional Activities**:

- Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with directors to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.

**Languages**: Must be fluent in English and Hindi
