**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the **sales team** in managing client relationships and follow-ups.
- Process **customer orders, quotations, and invoices** accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with **logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams** to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update **sales reports, CRM databases, and client records**.
- Handle **customer inquiries and resolve issues** in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team with **market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation**.
- Assist in **sales presentations, proposals, and client communications**.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Sales, or a related field**.
- **1-3 years** of experience in a **sales coordination or support role**.
- Strong knowledge of **CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems**.
- Excellent **organisational, multitasking, and communication** skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
