**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting sales operations, assisting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order placement and tracking.
- Coordinate the processing of sales orders, including entering orders accurately into the system, verifying pricing and availability, and communicating order details to relevant departments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, follow-up on leads, and facilitate the closing of sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and generate sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, finance, and technical support to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service best practices.
- Gather customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer support, or related roles, preferably in the research or laboratory chemicals industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling sales data and documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of scientific terminology, laboratory processes, and research workflows is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,457.86 - ₹32,051.54 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel
