Executive Assistant

**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Reporting
- Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings or events
- Reports directly to the CEO
- May supervise junior administrative staff or coordinate cross-functional teams
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
