About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Recruitment to drive and manage the complete hiring process for client, one of India's leading organizations in the Agriculture & Seed Industry.
The ideal candidate will act as the face of the company's recruitment function, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and excellence in talent acquisition. This role also involves leading and mentoring a small team of recruiters when required, while maintaining high standards of performance and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related activities across departments.
- Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and execute hiring plans effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee hiring for roles across R&D, Production, Sales, Field Operations, and Support functions.
- Ensure quality hires within defined timelines while adhering to company recruitment policies.
Team Management (as required)
- Guide and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and service expectations.
- Track recruitment performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain accuracy in reporting.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards, track open positions, and share weekly/monthly hiring updates with management.
- Analyze hiring trends, identify challenges, and propose process improvements.
Process Excellence & Representation
- Represent the company's recruitment function with professionalism, ownership, and integrity.
- Uphold organizational values while ensuring candidate experience and internal coordination remain top-notch.
Desired Candidate Profile:
8–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Agri, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end hiring and client/stakeholder coordination.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tracking tools.
Self-driven and result-oriented professional with strong ownership mindset.
