Solar Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and generate leads for domestic solar power plant installations through market research, field visits, and networking.
- Conduct door-to-door campaigns, participate in local events, and leverage community connections to educate residents about solar benefits.
- Follow up on inquiries and referrals to convert leads into sales opportunities.
**2. Customer Consultation and Proposal Development**:
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and government subsidy programs.
- Assess the energy requirements of households and propose customized solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Provide detailed quotations and explain financing options, subsidy eligibility, and payback periods.
**3. Government Subsidy Assistance**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subsidy policies, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
**4. Sales Execution and Target Achievement**:
- Achieve individual sales targets for domestic solar installations as set by the management.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead conversion to agreement finalization.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
**5. Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates related to solar power.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and regional challenges.
- Suggest strategies to improve market penetration and sales effectiveness.
**6. Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility assessments and installations align with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local distributors, contractors, and influencers to expand the company’s network.
**7. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and sales performance in the company CRM.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the management team.
