**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Identify potential clients and generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and online platforms.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and market feedback.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of solar energy systems is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel locally or regionally.
