- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site as needed.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in the renewable energy sector.
