**Job Description: Field Executive - Solar Company** **Position**: Field Executive **Location**:MP ( Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior) **Qualification**: B.Tech (Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical/Civil) + MBA **"Freshers can apply"** **Salary**: Upto 4 Lpa **Key Responsibilities** - **Site Visits and Surveys**: - Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather data for solar installation projects. - Perform site surveys for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. - **Project Coordination**: - Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop optimal solar solutions. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met. - **Installation Oversight**: - Supervise installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality protocols. - Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any on-site issues. - **Client Interaction**: - Act as the point of contact for clients during on-site activities. - Provide updates on project progress and address client concerns. - **Documentation and Reporting**: - Maintain project records, including technical reports, inspection sheets, and photographs. - Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the management team. - **Compliance and Safety**: - Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations and safety standards. - Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety measures on-site. - **Market Awareness**: - Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the solar energy industry. - Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and project delivery. **Skills and Competencies** - Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools. - Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site as needed. - Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in the renewable energy sector. **Additional Requirements**: - A valid driver's license is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. - Passion for renewable energy and sustainability. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,563.61 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) License/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
