Solar Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls, visits, and inquiries.
- Generate and follow up on leads to create new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and financial savings of solar energy.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the technical team for surveys.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers through the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with experience in solar sales, field sales, or renewable energy.
- Candidates with prior experience in B2C sales, real estate, Ed-tech companies, or field sales.
- Candidates from Nagpur, Amravati, Bhandara, Wardha, Indore, or nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convince and deal effectively with customers are a must.
