
Administrative Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating and executing administrative functions within the organization.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
