In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Compliance Associate of Legal and Compliance of True Beacon.
- KYC management of the Company including reviewing of records, documents etc.
- Identifying gaps and conducting timely assessment of the KYC process prescribed by SEBI, RBI or any other authorities
- Establish internal controls and processes on KYC and on-boarding process of the company
- Ensuring digitization of records and timely coordination with the RTA
- Coordination for legal documents such as stamp papers, agreements etc.
- To monitor amendment in KYC norms and accordingly introduce changes in existing processes
- Cross functional work with internal teams, auditors, consultants etc.
- To conduct audit assessments on a periodic basis
- To assist the team in other legal & compliance work as and when required

**Experience**: 2-4 years of proven experience in Compliance and/or operations domain especially in Indian financial services or securities and asset management domain.

**Date of Joining**: Immediate

**Education qualification**: Graduate and preferably master’s in Commerce or Finance

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**:

- Solid team skills particularly engaging with wider team
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy
- Attention to details and good organizational skills
- Lateral thinking ability

**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
