Legal Associate to join our team and support our legal operations.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to

assist in managing and drafting various legal agreements, reviewing contracts, and ensuring

in-house legal team, providing support in all legal aspects related to our operations, especially

franchise agreements, rental agreements, and vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including franchise, lease, vendor, and other

commercial agreements across our brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with legal

standards.
- Conduct legal research on business and franchise laws to ensure compliance with current

regulations in the F&B industry, including specific requirements for each brand.
- Track and manage license renewals and compliance requirements for FSSAI, trade

licenses, health & safety, and other relevant regulations.
- Oversee and maintain compliance documentation for all brands under the portfolio,

supporting our expansion and regulatory needs.
- Assist in the complete contract lifecycle management, from drafting and reviewing to

executing and filing, tailored to each brand’s legal and business requirements.
- Provide timely legal advice to various departments on issues related to intellectual

property, compliance, and corporate governance across the brand portfolio.
- Handle dispute resolution matters and coordinate with external counsel when needed,

ensuring brand integrity and legal protection.
- Track deadlines, renewals, and updates on agreements and licenses, mitigating risks and

ensuring brand compliance within the F&B industry.

**Qualifications**:
additional certifications in corporate or contract law are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian contract laws, corporate laws, and general compliance.
- Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and reviewing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
