**About the team**:
The Rubrik legal team is looking for an energetic and talented legal associate with a passion for working on corporate and compliance matters in a fast-paced, in-house environment at Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK), a cutting-edge data security company. This position reports to Rubrik’s Director, Corporate Legal and is located in Rubrik’s Bangalore office.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Legal Associate that thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you will be assisting all functions within the legal department.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist members of the Rubrik legal team with corporate governance tasks, including required filings, board/shareholder matters, and equity-related projects
- Provide support for corporate transactions, including M&A, financings, and capital market transactions
- Help build and maintain company-wide and internal legal processes and programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Manage and organize numerous corporate and compliance tasks and workstreams
- Implement and maintain legal technology platforms and tools (including artificial intelligence tools)

**Experience you'll need**:

- Legal degree and familiarity with legal concepts and terminology
- Experience working at a reputable technology company preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about legal technology, data security, and artificial intelligence
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with a variety of different teams
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs as well as Google suite
