Compliance Associate

We are seeking a diligent professional to fill the role of Compliance Associate. The successful candidate will support our Legal and Compliance team by preparing and filing statutory forms, coordinating with Company Secretaries, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory forms (MGT-7, AOC-4) to regulatory bodies.
2. Support company incorporation processes, compliance formalities, and closures.
3. Track and renew Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs).
4. Coordinate with Company Secretaries to ensure timely submissions.
5. Liaise for trademark filings and follow-ups.
6. Maintain accurate records, including statutory documents and client files.
7. Provide cross-functional support to legal, audit, and compliance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in ROC filings/legal compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; Hindi and basic English preferred.
- CS qualified or semi-qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
