We are looking to hire a Legal Associate ideally with 1-4 years for multiple hires in litigation, drafting and corporate roles based out of Bangalore.

Litigation and Drafting: The Associate's role and responsibilities will include regular appearances before the various courts (civil courts, commerical courts, magistrate courts and High court) and various tribunals and forums. The Associate shall also be responsible for handling courts, managing cases as well as drafting pleadings and documents and conducting research.

Corporate: The Associate’s role and responsibilities will include general corporate advisory and transactional work, responsible to handling clients, drafting documentation and research.

Knowledge of Kannada - speaking, reading and writing is preferred for the litigation role.

Remuneration will be based on industry standards based on level and years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
