We wish to offer our products to the market in use of House Boats / Fishing Boats / Passenger ferries etc.

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to market our products.

**Responsibilities**:
1.
- Identify and target boat builders, boat owners, fishermen who will be potential users of Multisteer's hydraulic steering systems.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to recommend suitable Multisteer products.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Manage and follow up on leads.
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales plans.

- Provide on-site installation of Multisteer hydraulic steering systems on various types of boats (fishing boats, speed boats, house boat,etc.).
- Ensure proper assembly and functionality of the systems according to technical specifications.
- Train boat builders and their teams on the operation and maintenance of Multisteer systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Polytechnic, or Engineering degree preferred.
- MBA ( Marketing) preffered.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala for client visits and installations.

Up to 28k
