**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**: Oversee the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of POs and dispatch from operation o Monitor PO tracking and timely appointment booking at warehouses.

**Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with delivery teams, third-party vendors, and couriers to ensure swift delivery within target timeframes. Ensure the availability of delivery personnel, route optimization, and tracking systems for real-time order updates. Monitor and report delivery metrics to ensure efficiency and quality.

**Inventory Management**: Work closely with inventory teams to ensure stock levels are adequate for demand, especially for high-turnover products. Assist in managing warehouse stock levels, ensuring orders are fulfilled from the most efficient location. o Help coordinate stock replenishment and track product movement in real time.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as purchase order processing time, delivery time, and operational efficiency. Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks or areas for process improvement. Weekly reporting on marketplace performance, profitability. Provide feedback to management regarding operational improvements and customer experience enhancements.

**Continuous Improvement**: Actively participate in process optimization and implement strategies to increase the efficiency of purchase order fulfillment and delivery. Collaborate with the team to ensure the effective use of technology and automation tools.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quick commerce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
