**Job Description: Sales Manager - Tender Executive**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Contribution in cost and price calculations
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in business or any other field related to the position
- Excellent communication in English
- Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Strong Computer skills : knowledge of MS Office tools Like MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc. Internet surfing ,goods use of computer peripherals i.e. printer ,scanner/photocopy device ets.

**DETAIL JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- E - TENDERS & TENDERS. Working on GOVERNMENT TENDERS, GEM Tenders, PSU Tenders/Corporate Tenders, PRIVATE PARTY TENDERS.
- Tender search and download as per

material category from various sites.
- Checking for EMD/ exemption and tender fee.
- Fetching and analysis pre-qualification criteria.
- Preparing documents as per prequalification and tender requirement.
- Verifying documents with tender department head/Tender manager.
- After approval and sign, scanning and uploading the tender online and if required submitting

offline.
- Checking Status of bid after date of bid opening.
- Handling queries related to tender documents.
- Preparing Bank Guarantee as a Security deposit & forwarding to accounts department.
- Preparing Agreement between Seller and Vendor.
- Preparing documents for Third party Inspection and Consignee Inspection.

& warehouse team.
- Follow ups for payment

**BASIC REQUIREMENT**
- Gender:

- Both male & female can apply
- Industry Preferred : Medical/Hospitals/ Healthcare
- Location : INDORE-MP-INDIA
- POSITION: Tender Executive
- QUALIFICATION: ANY GRADUATE OR PG | preferably Business/commerce Graduate
- EXPERIENCE: 2YRS+ handling tender documentation.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,377.59 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
