Kravito Private Limited, an online food delivery service in Visakhapatnam, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Onboarding Officers. The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Officer is to facilitate the onboarding process for restaurants onto the Kravito platform. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Onboarding:*
- Present and explain Kravito's service plans to potential restaurant partners.
- Articulate the benefits of joining Kravito and how it enhances the visibility and reach of the restaurant.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of Kravito's technology and Application services.

2. *Payment Structure:*
- Clearly explain the payment structure to restaurant partners.
- Address any concerns or queries related to payments promptly.

3. *Issue Resolution:*
- Act as a point of contact for restaurant partners and promptly resolve any issues raised.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new restaurant partners.

4. *Technical Skills:*

5. *Communication and Presentation:*
- Communicate effectively with restaurant owners and managers.
- Conduct engaging presentations to highlight the advantages of partnering with Kravito.

*Requirements:*
- *Education/Experience:*
- Graduation or a minimum of 1 year of experience in the marketing field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- *Skills:*
- Basic technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- *Mandatory:*
- Own a two-wheeler (bike or scooty).

*Compensation:*
- Monthly Package: ₹10,000 to ₹30,000
