**Job Title: Shipping Coordinator (India to United States)**

**Location**: Noida, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end shipment process from India to the United States, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Liaise effectively with CHAs, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize shipping routes, negotiate rates, and ensure timely clearance and delivery of containers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of shipments, invoices, and relevant paperwork.
- Provide timely updates and communication to customers regarding the status of their shipments.
- Resolve shipping issues, such as delays or discrepancies, in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international shipping and logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international shipping and logistics, specifically managing shipments from India to the United States.
- Solid understanding of CHA processes, freight forwarding operations, and carrier management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven ability to build and maintain a customer base in international shipping preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Pay: ₹13,324.54 - ₹34,971.48 per month
