**Skills Required**:
- Clear knowledge of warehouse operations
- **Experienced in E-commerce companies with hands-on experience in ERP (ORACLE), Billing, Invoicing, WMS, SALESFORCE**:
- **Knowledge of D2C logistics processes and industry trends is a plus**:
- Can conduct effective & efficient written & conversations with ResMed teams & customers.
- Should be a team player and work closely with the entire WH team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently
- Should have good communication skills both in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of Excel, PPT and Microsoft Word is must.
**KRAs**:
- Generate and process invoices for D2C shipments in accordance with established procedures and timelines
- **Deep understanding of GST, HSN Codes, and discount calculations which is a must for D2C billing.**:
- **This person will report to a senior D2C billing personnel.**:
- Preferably prior experience from companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Apollo Pharmacy, NYKAA, or any other E-Pharma / E-Coms company.
- Review billing data and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before invoicing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
