People & Talent Manager – DIRTS (D2C / Startup)📍 Location: Sector 70, Noida 🏠 Work Type: On-site (Full-time) 💰 Salary Range: As per Market Standards 🕒 Experience: 2–5 years in D2C / E-commerce / Creative or Agency setupAbout DIRTSDIRTS is a fast-growing D2C wellness and lifestyle brand under Apex Advertisers, known for creating innovative, non-invasive products that help people live pain-free and active lives.We’re a small but powerful team of creative, marketing, and operations professionals — and we’re looking for someone who can build and scale our people system from the ground up.Role OverviewWe’re not looking for a traditional HR.We’re looking for a People & Talent Manager who can take ownership of:Building a high-performing team across creative, marketing, and operationsManaging end-to-end recruitment using modern sourcing toolsSetting up onboarding, retention, and performance structuresManaging the company’s LinkedIn presence to grow our employer brandThis role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities1. Talent AcquisitionSource and hire across creative, marketing, and operational rolesUse multiple channels: LinkedIn, X , WhatsApp groups, referrals, AngelList, InternshalaCreate hiring trackers, screening forms, and structured interview flowsMaintain candidate databases and coordinate tasks/interview rounds.2. HR Operations & OnboardingCreate offer letters, onboarding kits, and employee documentationMaintain attendance, payroll coordination, and probation trackingSet up and manage company policies and retention initiatives3. Culture & EngagementConduct 1:1 feedback sessions, performance reviews, and team check-insPlan engagement and recognition activities to keep morale highSupport conflict resolution and performance improvement discussions4. LinkedIn & Employer BrandingMaintain and grow the DIRTS LinkedIn Page — share updates, hiring posts, and brand storiesBuild a strong employer identity that attracts top creative talent5. Systems & ToolsUse ClickUp for project and task managementCoordinate internal communication via SlackKeep HR databases and hiring dashboards organized on Google SheetsWho You Are2–5 years of experience in HR / Talent / People Ops within D2C, startup, or agency ecosystemsUnderstands the mindset of creative and performance marketing rolesStrong communication and people management skillsOrganized, proactive, and great at multi-taskingComfortable using digital tools (ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)Able to take ownership and build HR systems independentlyWhy Join DIRTSBe part of a fast-scaling D2C brand redefining comfort and wellness in IndiaBuild and lead the entire People function from scratchWork directly with the Founder & leadership teamLong-term growth path towards Head of People & Culture
