Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive (CCE), you will be responsible for providing exceptional

customer service to our clients. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and

problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Meeting performance targets and goals set by the company.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as per company requirements.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
- English (preferred)
